What to Expect
East Bay Rhythm Sport Club is hosting a Summer Camps with all WOMEN+ coaches, that will be a great chance to build skills, confidence, and community in an inclusive, women-led environment. Programming includes technical skill development, small-sided gameplay, and confidence-building exercises, along with mentorship and training focused on both physical and mental performance.
❋Technical Skills DevelopmentGet lots of touches through fun but high intensity reps. Develop ball control, creativity and the courage to try new things.
❋ Physical PerformancePrevent injury and build strength, speed and quickness. Learn movement patterns that support long-term athletic development and overall well-being.
❋ Mental PerformanceStrengthen focus, resilience, leadership, and confidence. Learn how to manage stress and anxiety.
❋ Parent EducationPlayer development is best supported when families are part of the process. Parents gain insight, guidance, and practical tools to better support their athlete’s journey.
